I came wanting to do nudes for my husband, but realizing how extremely nervous I was, Jim suggested I start off with a teddy or camisole, or something that would cover more than I'd wear at the beach. Then he said if I felt myself getting more comfortable during the session, I might try a semi-nude. Well, I never did do even a semi-nude. Jim must have thought that I was the most nervous, insecure woman on the planet! That photo session did start me thinking, however, and made me realize how silly I was to be a 40 year old married woman, with three grown kids, and still have all those dumb hang-ups. I returned to do another photo shoot two years later, almost to the day. (Bet Jim never expected to see me again!) He was so surprised, when I had all my clothes off before he even got the front door closed! "This is an amazing change of attitude", he said to me. "You cured me!" I replied. Needless to say, my husband is a whole lot happier, too!

Jim did my first photo shoot, when I still lived in Calgary. His photos got me started on my modeling career in Vancouver. Two years after that first shoot, I phoned Jim to ask if he would do some more photos for me, if I flew back to Calgary. He said "Of course, I'd be flattered, but don't you have a couple of hundred photographers out there in Vancouver?" I told him I'd worked with some of them, but felt way more comfortable with him. Besides my agency liked the first pictures he'd done of me so much, they thought one of them should have been a magazine cover. Jim's a great photographer to work with. He can make anybody feel comfortable. Every shoot is completely different, but Jim makes them all much fun, that the time really flies. Good thing I allowed two days that last time. He's the best!

The first time Jim photographed me, I was so shy and insecure about my body, I couldn't even take my bra off. I must have phoned Jim every day for a week after, just to let him know I was still on a high. I've been back 6 more times since, even though I live in Toronto. It's definitely worth it. Even if the pictures never turned out! They always do, of course, each time better than the last! The last ones were the best. I suspect it's because by now Jim knows my body so well and I can hardly wait to get my clothes off and get in front of the camera. Jim has such an incredible way of making you feel great! I'm so totally comfortable being naked with Jim, that I don't even bother with the robe anymore. I can't believe I was ever so shy and insecure! Believe me, ladies, this is much better. If I could do it, anyone can. Free yourself!
